Design Values Methodology
MARKET1111111
At IRMS, we start with the basics – what are the goals of the project? We want to understand your brand, primary markets and demographics, so that we can develop solutions to meet your needs and overall vision.
CLIENT
Meeting the goals of the client is a primary focus of IRMS’ design and project delivery methodology. Collaborative communication is the key to eliciting goals, strategies, positioning, and other elements that are unique to each project and each client’s situation.
ENVIRONMENT
The information about the project’s site location has a huge influence on the type of development and overall experience. Responding to environmental factors such as rain, snow, humidity, temperature, wind, etc., have a tremendous impact that must be addressed in the design process to ensure the optimal outcome. Culture also plays a part in the environment, and the design solutions take into consideration how the end product is functional and appeals to the local culture.
CREATIVITY
Important input from clients and consultants is creativity. The quality of the brief, the consultants’ expertise, the socio-economic viewpoint of the project, all formed the foundation from which creativity can be exercised. Ensuring all project stakeholders are aligned in terms of the creative outcome, ranging from classic (time-tested) solutions to cutting-edge never-been-done before an innovation is critical during the design process.
VISION
IRMS begins each project with an overarching vision which serves to translate the intangible concept into reality. Vision development requires inputs from different departments, sources, project stakeholders to map out the overall direction and objective of the project such as to entertain, inspire, impress and engage.
STORY
To capture the imagination of customers, a project requires a cohesive viewpoint, story, and external expression of creativity. So as to form an emotional connection with each customer, IRMS researches evergreen stories and themes in the cultural psyche and derives common themes to form the foundation of each project’s story.
SOLUTIONS
Our designers and leaders have extensive experience in designing for new and existing theme parks. We have the expertise in marketing and operating theme parks, and these knowledge are evident in our design solution. We believe in providing long-term value for our clients.
BUSINESS
The result of our design is a new business formulated for clients with no experience in building, operating or marketing a themed entertainment attraction. Thus, we see it as a journey with our client, and we want to do our best at every stage to maximise efficiency, minimize capital expenditure on elements that do not provide a return on investment, and the funds are focused on aspects of the project which have measurable results or operational efficiency.
